Getting started with Recruitment:

1. Hospital/Medical Group- MHD provides personal attention and transparent communication to understand ideal candidate for position requested, utilizing MHD Physician Recruitment intake form. A SWOT Analysis is created based on specialty and market.

2. MHD will collaborate with practice team for best effective messaging to win over potential candidates with resources such as job board posting, industry events, residency/fellowship programs, linkedin, e-mail blasts, phone calls, and social media to advertise and recruit.

3. Candidate Screening- Vet Education, License, Malpractice, Professional/Peer References. ALL candidates complete MHD profile form and virtual meeting to ensure personal and career success and client match.

4. From initial interview to placement, we will assist with scheduling coordination, post-interview feedback, as well as contract negotiation, start date, etc.

5. Physician/APP Retention: Periodically checking-in to ensure satisfaction. 

6. Maximize a collaborative relationship for long-term provider network growth.
